• Monitoring of every kind of Notes databases: The Advanced Notes Minder supports monitoring of mail and calendar issues as well as integration of other Notes applications, e.g. discussion databases, CRM-systems or  helpdesk applications. Individual check conditions may be configured for any Notes database.
• Your configurations for Notes applications are as well to be used by other users? No problem! Configurations can be easily distributed to other users.
• Results about your configurations can be transmitted visually and/or acoustically by using your own WAV-files. Furthermore you have the possibility to adapt the notification of located documents to any particular situation.
• The ability to open your Notes client or the relevant documentsdirectly out of the notification saves time you normally spend on searching these documents in large views.
• You need to end the Notes client but do not want to miss relevant changes and incidences? No problem! The Advanced Notes Minder is capable of working without the client and saves computing power by requiring only little RAM.
